So what is sexual tension?

It is the subtle force that connects two people together. Use the above techniques first on one breast and then the other, one at a time at first and then back and forth. You can even push her nipples together and lick them both at the same time (if her breasts are big enough.) Do all of this for at least 20-30 minutes! She will love you for it. On matters related to human sexuality, Americans tend to be polarized between social and religious conservatives and liberals.

Followers of non-Christian religions differ little from Christians on matters of sexual orientation.
Conservatives from all religions tend to agree with each other: that only opposite-gender sexual behavior is moral, and then only between a man and a woman who are married to each other.

Religious liberals are also largely in agreement among themselves, and tend to value sexual behavior as acceptable if it is consensual, relatively safe and within a committed relationship.

Those of no religious affiliation -- Agnostics, Atheists, Free Thinkers, Humanists, NOTA's (None of the Above) etc. -- tend to hold beliefs similar to those of religious liberals.

All groups disapprove of sexual behavior that is non-consensual, manipulative, or unsafe. So what's the deal???

Well what is it like to be a girl?
I guess I'd have to say I like it, for one thing, I believe the female figure is like the color of a male bird,, it is the more beautiful of human kind. ie think about the human form and how the female has all the curves. I like male figures too of course, ie I'm strait,, but as an artist I can tell you it's nice to be the naturally pleasant looking half of the species. Also girls have a larger range of emotions,, including the ones related to romance, this is proven, we use more chemicals to feel than the male giving us the ability to feel a range of things at once,, where the male has more of a tunnel vision with emotions. I know they do, but being a woman with very strong and large ranging emotions, sometimes it is hard to communicate feelings to a man, like he simply is unable to understand hard as he trys. We also have a greater obsession with love and not sex, although sex is always a consideration. We have strong instincts to find a caring man who will protect us, and that we can protect in a motherly fashion. We also generally frown upon the whole testosterone competitions men get into, but must let men do their thing. Violence does not appeal to us and we are often husband hunters and baby lovers. Tantra is different from western ideas about sex in some other important ways. British, Cambridge University professors are using a woman's waist-to-hip ratio (WHR) to measure her attractiveness and the sexiness of her walk.

Women with a WHR near 0.7 - a waist circumference that is 70% of the hip circumference - are apparently rated as most pleasing to the eye.

According to the formula, Actress Jessica Alba clocks up the perfect score with a WHR of exactly 0.7. Her curvy frame means she produces a better angular swing and bounce to the hips giving her the sexiest ever walk, researchers said. Other sexy stars who rated highly include screen siren Marilyn Monroe (WHR 0.69), supermodel Kate Moss (0.67), Angelina Jolie (0.75) and Desperate Housewives actress Eva Longoria (0.67).

Image: A person who is sexy would have a high self-image, and others would view them as having so. Face it, someone who doesn't groom, brush their teeth, use underarm deodorant, etc... would not be very sexy to most people.

Confidence: Simply stated, someone who is sexy needs to be confident. They have to believe in what they are doing. Someone with no confidence in himself or herself allows themselves to be easily abused by others, which is not sexy.

Should driving while texting be a crime?

Sending and receiving text messages has joined talking on a cell phone as a dangerous distraction for drivers. State legislators are taking notice.

During the morning rush hour on Dec. 5, the 53-year-old driver of a blue Dodge Caravan was traveling north on Interstate 5 outside Seattle when he took his eyes off the road to scan an e-mail on his BlackBerry, the State Patrol says. And that's how he hit the white Mazda, which clipped the green Honda, which rammed the black Toyota SUV before spinning into the other lane and plowing into a city bus. Nobody was seriously hurt. But the episode sparked a chain reaction of a different sort in the Washington State Legislature in the form of a bill that would make it a crime to "operate a motor vehicle while reading, writing or sending electronic messages."

Forget DWI. The big new traffic-safety issue is DWT: Driving While Texting. In Oregon, pending bills would provide fines -- up to $720 in one of them -- for any driver caught texting or holding a cell phone to an ear. And in Arizona, a bill is pending that would make DWT a ticketable offense.

DWT is an extreme version of a whole new class of modern "distracted driving" issues lawmakers are wrestling with as electronic devices become an ever more important part of people's lives, in and out of their automobiles.

Driving while talking on cell phones has gotten the most legislative attention. Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, California and the District of Columbia outlaw the use of handheld phones while driving, and 38 states are currently considering 133 bills that would regulate their use behind the wheel, according to the National Conference of State Legislatures.

Reading and typing in traffic few driver distractions seem quite as frighteningly intrusive as attempting to read and type messages while weaving in traffic. A study conducted by Nationwide Mutual Insurance that was released this year found that 19% of all drivers -- and 37% of drivers between the ages of 18 and 27 -- text message behind the wheel.

A study conducted by the state of Washington in 2006 blamed "driver distractions" for 7.5% of the 50,000 reported accidents during the first nine months of that year. Of that number, the study said distractions prompted by "operating a handheld communications device," including text messaging, came in fifth, statistically in line with the grab-bag category of "driver interacting with passengers, animals or objects." But police in Washington say not a day passes when they don't see a case of DWT, and that the statistics may not reflect the extent of the problem. Many wrecks have an undetermined cause, and DWT data rely on driver honesty. Current state law gives drivers little incentive to blab. The reward for honesty is a ticket for negligent operation of a vehicle, which draws a flat $538 fine. The only way to independently determine whether the devices were in use is cumbersome. Police would have to get a warrant to subpoena billing records. But it would be hard to talk a judge into granting such subpoenas for a fender bender.

Tired of the Terrorists and our Leaders

Who else is tired of the bullshit at this point?! We all know the US government thrives on chaos, blood, and the money of anyone. This is 2006 and they still cannot control any terrorists today more so than before. When does it all stop? When does the US close its borders once and for all? OK some are allowed to come on school visas, but what happened to shipping their non-US asses back where they came from? Do you see any US citizens knocking on any other countries doors (particularly third world) begging to get in? HELL NO! Why is it that all of the security positions outside of TSA are employed by people of Pakistan/Indian descent? Do you see these people working at fast food restaurants in the airport selling you coffee? Hell no, because there is nothing to learn. They all work in key critical areas where they can directly pick up airline information. Americans need to wake up and realize. Not all of us our chasing the almighty dollar at any cost, particularly the cost of many lives. Greed continues to kill.
