It's a damn shame what is going on within the home buying market. Who is at fault? The homeowners blame the lenders the lenders blame the government, and government blames the people at large. It's utterly amazing how many people will or have already lost their homes on Long Island. Ditto for the rest of the country. To date 14, 581 homes are for sale through Countrywide's Financial website, of those 150 are in NYS with 28 of them being within Nassau & Suffolk counties.
